Cancellation Policy

Please note, once you set this appointment we are unable to change it, this is because a of the number of contractors involved in the project and them already having existing bookings with other residents. If upon arrival the contractor is not able to access the property to carry out the work, this will result in a charge which will be added to that property’s account, so Owners must ensure that someone is available to allow access. If you scheduled an appointment by mistake and if you want to cancel it in order to select a different date/time, then please email jack@fpl.ie with your instruction.
